Shipping Regions and Delivery Times

We ship primarily to the United States and offer international shipping to select regions. Delivery times and costs vary based on destination and product type:

Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.

  • Additional items in the same order may qualify for discounted shipping rates.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services, or other unforeseen delays.
  • Import duties or taxes may apply to international orders; these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Because all our products are made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind. However, we will gladly address any issues caused by manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Returns Policy by Region

  • United States: Customers have a 4-day window from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period): Customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Rest of the World (excluding US and EU): Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for orders outside the US and Europe at this time.

Eligibility for Refunds or Reprints

We accept claims for the following issues:

  • Print Quality Issues: A clear photo showing the design and issue in a single frame.
  • Print Placement Issues: Photo showing print placement with a ruler or measuring tape (0.5” variance acceptable).
  • Wrong Product Received: Photo of the item with size tag clearly visible.
  • Product Defects: Photo showing the defect or size tag clearly visible.
  • Sizing Issues: Photo of the item’s measurements next to a tape/ruler (tolerance: +/- 1” for adult garments, +/- 0.5” for baby clothing).
  • Delivery Damage: Photo or video showing damaged product, packaging, and printed design.
  • Reprint Issues: Photo or video showing the original and reprinted items together.
  • Electronic Device Defects: Photo or video demonstrating the issue and any troubleshooting steps.

How to Submit a Claim

  • Claims must be submitted within 4 days of product delivery.
  • Please provide all required evidence as outlined above to ensure a quick resolution.

Undeliverable Orders
